COMMUNICATIONS

Clear communications are one of the fundamental keys to meeting the goals of each investigation.  As such, we remain in full communication with you throughout the investigation either verbally, through e-mail or by fax.  Our communications with you begin upon receipt of the assignment to clearly establish the pertinent issues. We contact you throughout the investigation, as needed and provide our e-mail or verbal updates daily.
Kelley Alliance wants to make your assignment process as accurate and trouble-free as possible. We have available an on-line assignment system at our web site, www.KelleyAlliance.com, which guides you through the assignment process after which the assignments will be sent automatically to our administrative staff.  You can print a copy of your assignment request for your records.  Of course, the standard faxed and mail-in assignment forms are provided and our staff is always available to take your assignments personally, by telephone.


Our web site is configured so you and/or your adjusters can personally track their assignments, whether open or closed.  With a password and personal user name the web site is highly secured, while you can still easily retrieve the assignment sheet, daily case updates, reports and still photos.   Our clients find that this greatly assists in their organization and with the ready access to the up to the minute current case status, assists in the speedy resolution of your claims.

TURNAROUND TIME

Kelley Alliance is dedicated to delivering prompt investigations, immediate updates and quick reports for our clients.  Our highly trained administrative staff, integrated with our speedy report-writing system, ensures a rapid turn around for your requests.  We know time is critical in your decision-making process - we will take all steps possible to avoid any delays in your evaluation of the claim.


We will e-mail to you a complete update the afternoon your investigation has been conducted.  We e-mail your final reports, followed by a mailed hard copy.  Our web site allows each adjuster access to their personal case log from which you can review daily log entries.
